HS codes come from this importer's own earlier declarations. Once reviewed, they go into the declaration as shown.
We start with the most repetitive work
Decisions stay with the licensed broker. Nexport takes over the copying and looking-up that surround them.
Organise a whole document bundle at once
Upload invoices, B/Ls and packing lists in any order — Nexport reads the content to tell them apart. It builds a line-item table with quantity, unit price, amount and origin, and produces one merged PDF in the office’s standard order.

HS codes from past declarations
Nexport reads the importer’s earlier import declarations. When the same item comes in again, it fills in the HS code that was declared last time. The more cases pass through, the less there is to fix.

Collect
Email attachments, photos sent over KakaoTalk and notes from calls with the importer come together as one case. Connected channels flow in automatically, or upload any PDF, spreadsheet or image directly.

Every line item appears in a table. HS codes are pre-filled from the importer’s past declarations, and totals are cross-checked.

UNI-PASS
All the way to filing —
but the broker presses submit
UNI-PASS is the Korea Customs Service’s electronic filing system. Nexport prepares everything from reading the documents and filling in the declaration to notifications, statements and certificate delivery afterwards. The broker checks and submits.

The broker signs in
The broker signs in to UNI-PASS in their own browser (Edge, Chrome, etc.). The digital certificate stays on the broker’s PC and is never stored on our servers.

We fill in the values
In developmentIn that browser, Nexport opens the declaration form and fills in every required field — showing which value went where, and which document it came from.

A person presses submit
In developmentThe broker checks the completed declaration side by side with the source documents and presses submit themselves. Nothing is ever submitted automatically.

The rest follows

A tool for licensed brokers
In Korea, customs filing on behalf of others is reserved for licensed customs brokers. Nexport is built to support that work, not to replace it.
- It does not replace the broker’s judgement
- Tariff classification and customs valuation are the licensed broker’s work. Nexport copies the values written on the documents and looks up what the same importer declared before — nothing more.
- Nothing is filed without review
- Nexport shows exactly what goes into which field of the declaration, and submits only after the broker confirms. A declaration no one has checked never goes out.
- Every value shows its source
- Each pre-filled HS code is marked with the declaration it came from. No value is filled in without a basis.

Company

A product company
Nexport is a software startup based in South Korea. We build and operate our own web application for licensed customs brokerage offices. We are not a consulting or document-processing agency — customers sign in and use the software themselves; we write and run it.
Founder
Dan Hwang (황해용), founder and CEO, and currently the only full-time member. Backend engineer, then full-stack, now building AI products. The product is developed together with a practising customs brokerage office in Korea, which has asked not to be named publicly.
